Yes. The requested service focuses on accessible internal surfaces, including the coil, blower and drain pan, as well as washable filters and removable covers. Exact disassembly and cleaning methods depend on the model and are confirmed before service.
How often should a mini-split be cleaned?
Follow your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Usage, environment and the condition of the unit all matter. A professional can assess whether an internal deep clean is appropriate; it does not replace routine maintenance or repairs.
Can you clean every brand or type?
We start with accessible wall-mounted indoor units. We confirm the model, installation height and condition before accepting a job. Ceiling cassettes, concealed systems and difficult access require separate review.
Do you remove mold or improve air quality?
This is an equipment-cleaning service. We do not diagnose mold, provide mold remediation, or promise health or indoor-air-quality outcomes. If you suspect a moisture or mold problem, seek an appropriately qualified specialist.
Do you offer multi-unit discounts?
